Cornu Boulangerie at Fontain – Realization of a torsadeuse machine

LAMI SA has been involved in the project to build a torsadeuse for twisted flutes by the important company Cornu Boulangerie, dealing with all the electrical and automation parts of the plant.

Partner for more than 30 years of the company Cornu Boulangerie, we were entrusted in 2020 with the realization of the electricity, instrumentation and automation parts of the new “torsadeuse” machine, implemented on line 3 for the site of Fontain (France).

The equipment has been designed and dimensioned according to the standards and customer requirements, in order to best meet the needs of the production of twisted flutes, and therefore the market. An attentive risk analysis to prevent any incident was also carried out by us.

The services related to this project for our areas of expertise are the following:

• Designing of all electrical concepts, plans, drawings and sizing according to current standards and customer specifications
• Manufacture of electrical pnales by subcontractors selected by us and placed under our responsibility
• Production of electrical panels and their realization by subcontractors selected by us
• Assembly and wiring of all machines
• Cable draught and connections
• FAT – laboratory tests in collaboration with all our partners
• SAT – Disassembly machine, transport and installation at the customer for installation within the production line, with the first tests before commissioning operations.
• Operating assistance and support.
