This <strong>innovative <\/strong>production line is located inside a new building, consisting of four floors and extending for 240 meters in length.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After having taken care of the electric power supplies (MT\/BT), the emergency current, the TGBT power distribution and the electrical studios of the building, we carried out the <strong>automation <\/strong>of the entire production line and the safety system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>machines <\/strong>in charge of electricity, instrumentation, regulation and automation have been designed by specialized engineers and are the following ones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lamination Systems<\/strong> with its mats <\/li><li><strong>Breadsticks Make-up Machine, <\/strong>that can adapt the diameter of the products according to the needs of the customer<\/li><li><strong>Cutting machine<\/strong>, the dimensions of which can be adjusted according to customer requirements<\/li><li>Different <strong>Leavening Proofers <\/strong>that allow the fermentation of products<\/li><li><strong>Baking Tunnel Oven, <\/strong>which includes a system for regulating the electrical power required to uniform the heat distribution <\/li><li>Intermediate <strong>Storage Tower <\/strong>inside the oven for a greater safety process<\/li><li>Transport of goods by <strong>Conveyor Belt<\/strong> on the production line (more than 70 meters)<\/li><li>Plates <strong>Elevator\/Descenders<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Dosing Machine<\/strong> that separates each plate thanks to an intelligent automation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"LAMI SA has taken care of the electric power supplies (MT\/BT), the emergency current, the TGBT power distribution, the electrical studios of the building, and automation of the entire breadstick production line and its related safety system for the company Cornu Boulangerie, Romania&#8230;","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1772,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[10],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2164","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
