{"id":1910,"date":"2020-04-16T17:25:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T15:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.samideveloppement.com\/realizzazione-completa-di-uno-stabilimento-industriale-per-prodotti-panificati\/"},"modified":"2021-07-01T12:50:43","modified_gmt":"2021-07-01T10:50:43","slug":"realizzazione-completa-di-uno-stabilimento-industriale-per-prodotti-panificati","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.samideveloppement.com\/en\/realizzazione-completa-di-uno-stabilimento-industriale-per-prodotti-panificati\/","title":{"rendered":"Cornu Boulangerie at Fontain &#8211; Realization of a torsadeuse machine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LAMI SA has been involved in the project to build a <strong>torsadeuse for twisted flutes <\/strong>by the important company <strong>Cornu Boulangerie<\/strong>, dealing with all the electrical and automation parts of the plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partner for more than 30 years of the company <strong>Cornu Boulangerie<\/strong>, we were entrusted in 2020 with the realization of the electricity, instrumentation and automation parts of the new <strong>&#8220;torsadeuse&#8221; machine<\/strong>, implemented on line 3 for the site of Fontain (France).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>equipment <\/strong>has been designed and dimensioned according to the standards and <strong>customer requirements<\/strong>, in order to best meet the <strong>needs of the production<\/strong> of twisted flutes, and therefore the <strong>market<\/strong>. An attentive <strong>risk analysis <\/strong>to prevent any incident was also carried out by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1447\" height=\"892\" src=\"https:\/\/www.samideveloppement.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/lami-immagine-homepage-presentazione.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2142\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>services <\/strong>related to this project for our areas of expertise are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Designing of all electrical concepts, plans, drawings and sizing according to current standards and customer specifications<\/li><li>Manufacture of electrical pnales by subcontractors selected by us and placed under our responsibility<\/li><li>Production of electrical panels and their realization by subcontractors selected by us<\/li><li>Assembly and wiring of all machines<\/li><li>Cable draught and connections<\/li><li>FAT &#8211; laboratory tests in collaboration with all our partners<\/li><li>SAT &#8211; Disassembly machine, transport and installation at the customer for installation within the production line, with the first tests before commissioning operations.<\/li><li>Operating assistance and support.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"LAMI SA has been involved in the project to build a torsadeuse for twisted flutes by the important company Cornu Boulangerie, dealing with all the electrical and automation parts of the plant.","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2512,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[10],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1910","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
